If you have complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you can return your order up to 30 days if it meets the conditions found at the bottom of the page. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 7 days.

Step 2: Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the department store address on the form. Be sure to provide the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we don't want any misunderstandings. Email the track & trace code to service@vibodeals.com so you can always track your order and have proof of shipment.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
After receiving the return, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
Style, size and photo changes. Once your order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that will go into production immediately and there is no time to make any changes. Address Changes If you wish to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number, current shipping address and the address you wish to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our factory! Damaged/wrongly printed items. If the product arrives defective, we will reprint it and re-ship it for free. Please contact us here with a picture of the item and the order number. We will reprint the item and send it to you within seven business days. Please note that the design, size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image was chosen and shipped to you, we are not responsible for replacing these items. The following goods are excluded from the right of return: - Custom made goods.
- Consumables such as lamps, batteries, various types of gel and liquids.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, such as earplugs, headsets, underwear and swimwear.
- Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
- Items that are damaged or incomplete, including items whose packaging is missing.
